"It is my belief that some people are born with what I call the “Happy Gene”. This makes it easier for some of us to maneuver through life with more grace than others.   We all are born into this world with some predisposed traits.  Some are angry, others happy, many pessimistic, and others optimistic. Understanding that we always have choices, and the ability or   "free will” to change our attitudes around issues and life in general makes life a much smoother journey.  Sometimes we just need a little help seeing through the fog, and some guidance in making the shift so that we can live our fullest potential and purpose with wisdom and compassion.
